Holds: Batavia Public Library cardholders can place holds on all materials owned or on order by the Batavia Public Library.
Renewals: All items may be renewed twice except items with holds. For Interlibrary Loans: staff must check with the lending library.
Items lost or damaged: Replacement cost plus service charge for processing. Replacement items will be purchased by the Library from Library suppliers. See staff at the Check Out Desk.
