Study Rooms

Reserve a Study Room or Group Study Room up to one week in advance for a two-hour time slot. 

Study Rooms

  • Designed for 1-2 people
  • Ideal for quiet study or one-on-one meetings
  • Includes a whiteboard
  • 4 located on the upper level (Adult & Teen Services)

Group Study Rooms

  • Seats up to 8 people
  • Great for study sessions, small meetings, or collaborative work
  • Equipped with a whiteboard
  • 1 located on the upper level (Adult & Teen Services)
  • 1 located on the lower level (Youth Services) 

Meeting Rooms

When not in use by the Library, meeting rooms are available to groups and organizations serving residents of the Batavia Public Library District. Use must be for educational or cultural purposes and must be open to the public. 

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to reserve the room. You can check room availability and make a request online.
